and mother nature helping us out. so locations picking up two to three inches of rain already during the day today. you can see cloud cover across the d.c. area now and across the metro area. also just off to the st. we are looking at big time showers and big time heavy rain as well. that rain right now falling just to the west of frederick around hagerstown to morgantown west virginia,. winchester, berriville seeing heavy rain through western portions of louden county. as we widen out, more rain to the south around richmond. that rain will be making its way up to e d.c. area. also areas toward the east overnight tonight. that's where we could see some of the heaviest rain as we move through the night. a flash flood watch through the night tonight into tomorrow morning for all of the area just about. you see it highlighted. we'll see the chance for one to three inches of rain tonight into tomorrow morning. most of that will be localized. don't be surprised to see heavy rain in your area. 9:00 tonight, 11:00 tonight and more rain tomorrow morning around 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. it could be a r
